"I engaged Medifit Design and Construct for the fit-out of a new medical practice in Hobart’s CBD, and was fortunate to have Lynda Mills assigned as my interior designer. The project presented several challenges, including working around a large immovable concrete bank safe and navigating complex fire egress requirements. Lynda approached these issues with creativity and expertise, developing a design that is both functional and visually appealing. She also did an excellent job of optimising the space to support the income-generating capacity of the practice.
Working with Lynda was an absolute pleasure. She was communicative, responsive, and always took the time to listen to my ideas and concerns. If I wanted to make changes, she was open to discussion and collaboration in finding the best solutions. At the same time, when Lynda felt strongly about a design element, she explained her reasoning clearly, which gave me confidence in the final decisions. Lynda also helped point out to me when I was getting carried away with an idea showing to me that she was keeping my budget in mind.
The end result is an outstanding design that I’m thrilled with. I would not hesitate to recommend Lynda Mills to anyone looking for a talented and thoughtful interior designer for their next project.”
