LYNDA MILLS

With over 23 years of experience in commercial interior design, Lynda began her career creating spaces for the hospitality, retail, and pharmacy sectors. For the past 19 years, she has focused extensively on the medical and healthcare industry, where her expertise is highly regarded and in demand. Known for her creative flair and intuitive spatial planning,

Lynda has successfully led the design of countless interior projects, each one a testament to her expertise and creative vision.

Outside the studio, Lynda is an avid traveller and intrepid explorer—whether journeying overseas or uncovering the natural beauty of her own backyard. She enjoys quality time with her partner and family and keeps active with the company of her beloved dog.

NATALIE RUMBLE

With eight years of experience across commercial and residential interiors, Natalie has developed a strong specialisation in high-care disability, healthcare, medical, workplace, and residential design. Her broad product knowledge, paired with a logical and considered design approach, allows her to deliver interiors that are both functional and effortlessly stylish. Natalie brings a thoughtful energy to every project—balancing practical requirements with aesthetic integrity to create spaces that truly work for the people who use them.

Outside the studio, Natalie enjoys heading down south to unwind and spend time in nature. She shares her life with her partner and their young son, and treasures the balance between her creative work and family life.

ELENA CIRCOSTA

Elena brings fifteen years of interior design experience, beginning her career in workplace and retail environments before discovering her passion for healthcare design seven years ago. In this specialised field, she creates thoughtful spaces that balance functionality with visual warmth—environments where patients feel at ease and practitioners can work effectively.

Her design signature lies in carefully curated finishes, considered material palettes, and a strong visual narrative running through each project. Elena's creative eye extends beyond the studio—she's a dedicated photographer and videographer who documents her extensive travels through traditional and drone photography. This constant visual exploration shapes how she sees and crafts interior spaces, bringing fresh perspective to her healthcare projects. When she's not designing or behind the camera, Elena is likely planning her next adventure.
