A Thoughtfully Integrated Extension

As Ravenswood Family Practice continued to grow, the existing medical centre had reached capacity. When the adjacent tenancy became available, the opportunity arose to expand and enhance the practice while maintaining a seamless patient experience.

The project involved creating a connection between the existing tenancy and a new 176sqm extension, delivering additional clinical and staff facilities to support the practice's ongoing growth. The expansion included a waiting area, six new consultation rooms, two dedicated pathology rooms, a staff tea room, and staff amenities, providing a cohesive and efficient environment for both patients and practitioners.

The result is a thoughtfully integrated extension that increases capacity, improves functionality, and allows the practice to continue serving the community well into the future.
